Wine legend - Fermentation is bad?
Grape juice was one of the most popular drinks of old Persia. The king himself loved this drink and tried to control the quality of it.
Once the delivery of his favorite drink was late. The king discovered that the juice had a different color and taste. Because of this he declared the drink poison and had the pitcher sealed and left it in the corner of his palace.
Later, one of his serving ladies had a very bad headache and decides to commit suicide. She knew the sealed drink was poison, so she opened it and drank a glass. She went to her room to wait for death. She fell asleep waiting. The next morning she woke up, fresh and without her headache.
When the king heard about the miraculous drink, he ordered his people to save part of the grape juice and declared it the magical medicine. From that time, people all around the world use the wine to heal the pain of the heart and soul.
